Bright Horizons at Longacres

Observation

This complaint is valid. Staff did not review child's indivdual care plan prior to serving the child food. Dorothy gave inconsistent statements regarding knowledge about the child and the classroom. Child was not given the snack that was broguht from home instead the child was given animal crackers during snack time. The notes from the hospital states that the child's allergic reaction was sever enough to require Epinephrine. Child was given three prescription; Cetirizine, Dexamethasone, and DiphenhydrAmine.
